Last week was my best pick ‘em yet. Going 4-1 on the week and only losing by one point. Tampa Bay Took on a depleted Miami team and did what good teams do to hurt and bad teams, Tampa rolled 45-17. The Dallas Cowboys continued to roll as they took on their division rivals and won 44-20. I took a gamble on this money line pick but I don’t trust the Raiders and Justin Fields continued to show he is the future of that team winning 20-9. The Ravens stormed back to force overtime and ended up winning a thriller Monday night 31-25 missing the -7 pick by one point, always painful. The Arizona Cardinals stayed hot and won a defensive battle 17-10.
Overall Record: 16-13
5. Kansas City Chiefs (-6.5) vs Washington Football Team:
The Chiefs are limping into this game versus the WFT at a 2-3 record. Now the Chiefs have not covered a game this year and are 0-4 ATS. The Football Team are 3-1 against the spread. The Chiefs only have to win this game by a single touchdown? After the whooping they received from the Bills last week at home I’m predicting a big bounce back week for them.
My Pick: Chiefs (-6.5)
4. Los Angeles Rams (-9) vs New York Giants:
The Giants are just not good this year. They are banged up, unmotivated, and under performing. The Rams seem to have new life with Stafford at quarterback. Nine points are a lot to cover with possible snow in the forecast Sunday in New Jersey. Barkley, Golladay, and possibly Toney are out Sunday for offensive weapons. Jones will have no one to throw to and a great defense coming after him. Even with the weather it is hard to have faith in this Giants team.
My Pick: LA Rams (-9)
3. Arizona Cardinals vs Cleveland Browns (-3.5):
The undefeated is an underdog? I understand they are playing away in a semi hostel crowd but nothing they haven’t dealt with before. Unfortunately we will have to wait another week to see Zach Ertz play for the Cardinals as he was traded after his Thursday night game this week and it is against league policy to play Thursday, get traded that week, and then play Sunday. He just adds another factor into their already stacked offensive.
My Pick: Arizona Cardinals (+150)
2. Buffalo Bills (-5.5) vs Tennessee Titans:
The Bills rolled into this week’s game 4-1 on the season and put the whole league on notice after picking apart the Chiefs. The Bills are top 10 in every offensive and defensive category. They are 3-1 against the spread this season. After a loud offseason the Titans were expected to be better than 3-2 on the season so far. They really haven’t clicked yet with all their moving pieces. If the Bills can hold the running game to a minimum I can’t see the Titans doing much in offensive production.
My Pick: Buffalo Bills (-5.5)
1. Cincinnati Bengals (-3.5) vs Detroit Lions:
The Bengals have been a surprise so far this season starting off 3-2 with big wins against the Vikings, Steelers, and Jaguars. But they lost a heart break in overtime versus the Packers. The Lions have not won a game this year and 85% of moneyline betters think this is the week they pull out their first win of the season. I am, however, not one of those people.
