AEW is back on the road! To celebrate their return, AEW will be producing special episodes of AEW Dynamite across July. This will be ahead of the debut of AEW’s new weekly show Rampage on August 13th. AEW have forged a name for themselves in the pro wrestling industry and their short (yet storied) history will be on display throughout this month. Although not all matches have been confirmed, fans still have plenty to look forward to at these special events.
AEW Road Rager will kick things off from the James L. Knight Center in Miami, Florida. Following that, AEW brings back Fyter Fest over two nights with Night 1 coming from Cedar Park, Texas at the H-E-B Center. Night 2 will be hosted in the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas. Ultimately, the July specials end at the Bojangles’ Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina for the third installment of AEW’s Fight for the Fallen event.
Road Rager
The card is set to feature Andrade El Idolo making his AEW fighting debut against Matt Sydal, a 6-Man Tag Match which will see members of the Inner Circle go head-to-head with The Pinnacle, as well as Kris Statlander teaming up with Orange Cassidy to take on The Bunny and The Blade in a Mixed Tag Team Match. Additionally, there will be a face-to-face standoff between Chris Jericho and MJF, and an intriguing South Beach Strap Match between Cody Rhodes and QT Marshall. Also, it was recently confirmed that the Tag Team Title Match which will see The Young Bucks defending against Penta El Zero Miedo and Eddie Kingston will be a Street Fight.
AEW is certainly ready to head back to the road and, facing the struggles of the pandemic so early in their journey, has made them better. It will be exciting to witness all the Dynamite specials this month.
